ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Steve Jensen worked with students at Puyallup's Emerald Ridge High School to design the carved imagery—reflecting themes of school spirit—for his sculpture 'Jaguar Carvings'. This work also incorporates a time capsule to be opened in 2054.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Puyallup School District.
