In "Encycleafpedia," Michael Dupille represents Southwest Washington's flora and fauna by pairing them within leaf shapes, highlighting the unity and diversity of the region's natural environment.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Battle Ground School District.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Michael Dupille is a Seattle-based glass artist. He has pioneered different glass-forming processes, and has refined a technique in which he can "paint with glass."
