Wayne Chabre's sculptural chandelier "Silver Seed" evokes "a ship, an airplane, and a seed following currents from continent to continent," each transporting information and culture around the world and beyond.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Edmonds School District.

Wayne Chabre is a Walla-Walla based artist who creates architectural, garden and public art sculptures. His works are made from a variety of metals and feature playful, figurative imagery.
