ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Artist Richard La Londe's fused glass mural weaves the ideas of life's seasons, the path of learning, and community in six panels. La Londe mixes representative images with fantastical ones to inspire creative ideas.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Bethel School District.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Seattle-based glass artist Richard La Londe creates elaborate glass murals and objects composed of symbolic pictorial narratives and colorful forms. His work has been exhibited and commissioned internationally.
