ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Scott Chico Raskey's sculpture activates a formerly-dim gathering space. The artwork occupies three bays where there were once windows.

This artwork was acquired for the State Art Collection in partnership with Department of Health.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Scott Chico Raskey is an international artist creating interactive, kinetic sculptures. He works primarily with glass and metal. His work asks the viewer to participate with the art. He co-founded and taught at the German glass school, Glass House Wertheim. He has taught Introduction of Glass in Architecture in Taiwan Universities. Scott began his career through an apprenticeship with Peter Strauss at Glaskunst aus Hopfen, Germany.
